We welcome children who have completed 1st grade through 5th grade. Our camp runs from Monday to Friday, with drop-off beginning at 9:00 AM and pick-up ending at 4:30 PM at West Sunset Playground.
Planned camp activities will take place from 9:45 AM to 4:00 PM each day. Campers should wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle. Healthy snacks will be provided throughout the day to keep our campers fueled and hydrated.

These sites include, but are not limited to, Golden Gate Park, Presidio, Land's End and playgrounds around the city. Once a week, we'll also visit museums, zoos, or play centers such as House of Air.
Our camp activities includes "imagine and create" time, team-building games, nature walks, and structured and unstructured play, among others. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our campers and staff, and will follow Covid-19 satety protocols.

Creating something allows your child to step back from the constant movement of the world and rest their mind while their hands stay busy. They can live fully in the present moment, or lose themselves in a timeless state while they create and unwind.

Research has shown that mindfulness can bring about structural and functional changes in key areas of the brain, including the amygdala (which governs emotions), the hippocampus (which supports learning and memory), and the prefrontal cortex (which regulate behavior and decision-making). These changes can have a profound impact on a child's cognitive, social and emotional development, promoting their overall growth and well-being.
